The Quick and Easy way to subscribe

If you’ve got iTunes installed on your computer, the easiest way is just to click the long link below and you’ll be taken directly to The Virtual Staffroom in the iTunes Store. From there, just click the Subscribe button and it will magically appear in your podcast list!

The Slightly More Fiddly way to subscribe

Copy and paste the above URL into the Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast dialog in iTunes, and click OK. iTunes will automatically grab the most recent episode, and provide you with links to any previous episodes.

As an alternative to iTunes you might also like to try Juice, a free, open source, cross-platform podcast aggregator (formerly known as iPodder for Windows, and iPodderX for Mac OS X). Same idea as above, paste the XML feed into the subscribe option and Juice will grab the last few episodes.
